Avril Lavigne and her husband Deryck Whibley are apparently heading to divorce court with the long running rumor finally coming to fruition. This move appears to be her decision and reports say he is none to happy. Avril Lavigne has become a busy girl on the party circuit almost since her marriage started and she was usually out with friends or publicly fighting with him.
